About me
As a consultant, I’m passionate about improving services for users and all actors involved in the delivery processes.
Whether it's optimising online forms or designing health tracking apps, I have repeatedly seen that businesses which listen to their customers and their teams stand out in a busy market.
With 8 years in Research [Academia, UX and experience design] and 6 years of experience in customer-facing businesses [public relations, branding and customer service advising], I have gained a privileged view of services from conceptualisation to delivery.
I have worked with leading organisations in the public and private sectors. This has ranged from Britain's National Health Service (NHS) to series-A startups looking for product-market fit.
As part of these roles, I have been involved in designing around safeguarding needs, data protection, and accessibility.
I am constantly aware of the need to reconcile the needs of a wide variety of users and stakeholders, within the constraints of differing policies and complex internal ecosystems.
In addition to my consulting work, I am creating the podcast "Making Healthcare Healthier," where I will delve into transforming healthcare through insightful conversations and innovative perspectives.
Drawing on my background as a UX researcher and Service Designer, I will explore pressing issues such as stigma, professional burnout, women's health, and patient shame. Through bi-weekly episodes, I will engage with innovators, policymakers, doctors, patients, and advocates to share their unique insights and experiences.
My goal is to foster a more inclusive, compassionate, and effective healthcare system for everyone involved.
